A troubling rise in anti - LGBTQ+ rhetoric in Ireland

A recent study by RESIST has shown an increase in attacks on the LQBTQ+ community. One finding of the study states "LGBTQIA+ people in this study spoke of being physically attacked and receiving threats of physical harm ,as they left events or were on their way to work." For those who just want a summary however the report finds there has been major increases in attacks on queer people. These attacks are both physical and verbal, I am telling you this not to scare you but to warn you to stay safe.
